By visiting the Website or purchasing from us, you ("you", "user", "customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Use

  • Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Always read the label, ingredient list and directions before use. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor if you have a known allergy or skin condition.
  • Results vary from person to person. Product images are for illustration; packaging may change without notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. If a product is materially different from its description, your remedy is as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Selling price will not exceed the MRP printed on the product.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and Cancellation

  • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, incomplete delivery information, or suspected fraud. If payment has been received, a full refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to care@nutraboat.com with your order number.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or location constraints.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, a return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery if you receive a wrong, damaged or expired product. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not accepted for return except in these cases.

8. Accuracy of Information

Information on the Website is for general purposes only. Occasionally it may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, offers or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Nutraboat name, logo, product names, label designs, images, text and all other content on the Website are the property of Nutraboat Life Sciences or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm your content is genuine, is based on your own experience, and does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe our or any third party's intellectual property; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) upload malicious code; (e) collect personal data of others; (f) interfere with the Website's security or operation; or (g) purchase products for unauthorised resale.

13. Fraud Warning

Nutraboat will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID, share an OTP, or pay a fee to claim a prize, lucky draw or job offer. Such messages are fraudulent. Please do not respond to them and report them to care@nutraboat.com. Only communication from our official email, phone number and this Website should be treated as genuine.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or products, including reactions resulting from failure to follow label directions or to perform a patch test. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutraboat Life Sciences, its proprietor, employees and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with applicable Indian law.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website if you breach these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.
